It covers various water source forms such as reservoirs, deep wells and surrounding natural water systems, providing stable water source support for irrigation. The water intake line is planned according to the actual situation of the water source, pressurization is realized with the main water supply pump, and a pressure and flow dual monitoring protection device and an intelligent constant pressure frequency conversion control cabinet are matched to precisely regulate irrigation pressure and frequency, ensuring stable water pressure to meet irrigation needs and continuous and reliable irrigation process.
The water pump outlet pipe is seamlessly connected to the water inlet end of the centrifugal filter to efficiently filter large particles such as sand and gravel in the water. The water outlet end of the centrifugal filter is connected to the sand filter to further filter floating substances and suspended impurities, completing the second-stage filtration. The water outlet pipe of the sand filter is connected to the automatic backwash disc filter for third-stage fine filtration, making the water quality fully meet the requirements of fine irrigation modes such as drip irrigation. The sewage pipes of the sand filter and the disc filter are designed in parallel for convenient centralized sewage discharge and maintenance.
It is composed of Yayuan Technology’s independently developed water and fertilizer all-in-one machine, special fertilizer tanks and supporting water and fertilizer delivery pipeline systems. The water inlet pipe of the water and fertilizer all-in-one machine takes water from the main pipe through a three-way valve, and injects water into the fertilizer tank at the same time. The fertilizer and the filtered water source are fully mixed according to the scientific parameters preset by the water and fertilizer all-in-one machine, and then flow back to the main pipe after being pressurized by the water pump, accurately meeting the water and fertilizer supply standards required by crops
This is a key pipeline network for delivering the water and fertilizer mixture to the roots of crops in the field. The terminal irrigation methods are flexible and diverse, including sprinkler irrigation, micro-sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, etc. The suitable irrigation method can be selected according to the growth characteristics and water and fertilizer demand rules of different crop types (such as field crops, economic fruits, vegetables and flowers).
