August 18, 2026 — As the final crate of 14-inch valve boxes was loaded at the Zhengzhou Yayuan Technology facility, a 17.5-meter trailer fully loaded with the company’s self-developed high-strength plastic valve boxes departed from Wanyang Mass Innovation Industrial Park in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, heading for Xinjiang. This shipment not only marks another successful westward expansion of the company’s products, but also represents a solid step forward in Yayuan Technology’s commitment to serving the nation’s sponge city and water-saving society initiatives.
The 14-inch square valve boxes shipped this time are among Yayuan Technology’s core products. Made from high-strength UV-resistant plastic, they offer significant advantages over traditional brick valve pits — lightweight yet durable, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to install. Their grass-green exterior blends naturally with landscaped surroundings, making them ideal for parks, gardens, and municipal pipeline projects.
These valve boxes are primarily used to protect and provide access to buried water supply and drainage valves, solenoid valves, water meters, and electrical switches. When properly installed, they can withstand the passage of golf carts and lawn mowers, demonstrating excellent compressive strength and weather resistance. The 14-inch model belongs to the large-format square series, specifically designed to accommodate large manual valves, pressure reducing valves, and filtration equipment — fully meeting the Supporting requirements of large irrigation districts and municipal infrastructure projects across Xinjiang.
